The MidWest Version of the Nemo Storm

It's a snow day for this family!
Which means the whole morning has been spent snuggled up in bed.
Which if you ask me, is the best way to spend a morning. 

Below are some photos I snapped this morning. 
Just so you know:
1. It's windy, so it's not the most enjoyable thing ever.
2. Deuce was not interested in walking outside this morning. she kept trying to turn back to the house, but if she would have just been smart about this whole thing, she could have just gone potty faster and we could have been done with that whole walk thing.
She then proceeded to curl up on the bed and look like she'd just been abused.
Sorry girlfriend, not every dog gets to get dressed up in their furmom's high school senior sweatshirt to brave the snow. #begrateful
3. My husband actually leaned out the bedroom window to tell me to "Put your iPhone away! It's snowing on it!"
"BUT I'M A BLOGGER!"
shuffle shuffle turn your back so he can't see you taking pictures anymore
4. I haven't seen a single plow out yet. This does not bode well for the future.
However if this were to make it so I got a 4 day weekend, so be it!

This is my current view. Big fat snowflakes are falling.

Um. Mr. Squirrel. Did you not get the memo? You're sitting at the edge of a 25' tree.

Make that a 35' tree. Dumbass.

So you know...I'm just here, hanging out.

Wishing I could go shopping at Target.
