Find the Positive

My mom taught me to be positive, to appreciate big things and small things, to see greatness in simple pleasures,  and to love deeply. I try to live that every. single. day.

I don't pretend to have a perfect life. Or a perfect marriage. No one does. Except, I might go so far as to say, if my life isn't perfect, it's damned close. Or maybe I just choose to look on the positive side.
As Jess at Tooth N Nails said the other night, "I feel like I could tell you that my husband is terminally ill, my parents have been killed, and you would say, well, they have life insurance, right?"
So I see the bright side of any situation. There just has to always be a positive for me. A reason for why something is the way that it is.
